- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- Zest of 1 orange
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- 2. Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- 3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- 4. Whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- 5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- 6. Fold in rolled oats, dried cranberries, white chocolate chips, and orange zest.
- 7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets.
- 8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- 9. Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
