Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • Zest of 1 orange

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • 2. Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • 3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  • 4. Whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  • 5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • 6. Fold in rolled oats, dried cranberries, white chocolate chips, and orange zest.
  • 7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets.
  • 8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • 9. Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
